My dealings with the sales rep was prompt and professional. I ordered reusable water bottles personalized with our firm logo. They answered my questions in a timely manner. I had to make some adjustments to the sizing of our logo. They were patient and helpful. I've received a lot of positive feedback on it. There were no damaged products when the items were shipped. Highly recommended for personalized water bottles. I have yet to check out other items.

We had an issue with our order of 3,000 Sticky Note Dispensers as our logo we printed upside down by the factory, Without hesitation, our representative Jaypee immediately contacted the factory in China and forced them to completely reprint the entire order and ship to us at no charge. They went above and beyond to make things right. Jaypee provided superior customer service in handling our account which we were very grateful for. We are a loyal customer for life now.
